Every KBD order ships in a plain brown box. There is no KBD logo, brand name, product name, or category reference anywhere on the exterior. The return address reads KBD. Your carrier sees a box; your neighbors see a box; the person sorting mail at your building sees a box.
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Pennsylvania warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as the label is created.
We ship to all 50 states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
We ship to most countries. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Transit time is typically 7–14 business days but varies by customs.
A small number of countries restrict the import of adult products. If we can't legally ship your order to your address, we'll refund you in full before the package leaves our warehouse — you won't be charged for an order that can't arrive.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Your credit card statement will show the charge as KBD. Nothing on the statement identifies the product or category.
If your order hasn't shipped, we can usually cancel or change it — email hello@kbd.com within 2 hours of ordering. Once it's handed to the carrier, we're no longer able to pull it back.
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days or the package is marked delivered but you don't have it, email us. We'll open a carrier investigation and either replace the order or refund you while it's being resolved.
