Refund policy

At KBD, we're committed to product quality and a discreet, reliable shopping experience. The policy below is designed to protect both your satisfaction and the health of every customer.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled. Shipped orders may be eligible for return under the terms below.

Returns - unopened items

We accept returns of items in their original packaging with all seals intact, within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges for a different color or size follow the same rules. Items that have been opened or unsealed are not eligible for return or exchange unless there's a quality issue (see "Damaged or defective items" below).

Items we can't accept

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed items can't be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken - even if used only briefly. This is for the protection of every customer. If an opened item is sent back, we're unable to refund it.

How to start a return

To start a return, visit our Contact page and send us your order number and whether you'd like a refund or exchange. Once your request is approved, we'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us, so we can make sure it reaches the right place.

Return shipping

If we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping in full. For any other reason (changed your mind, sizing, wrong color selected), a return shipping fee is deducted from your refund via the prepaid label we provide. Damaged or defective items are handled separately below.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If we determine there's an issue, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no shipping cost to you, and in most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Sizing and fit

Before ordering any sized item, please consult our Sizing Guide along with the measurement details on the product page. Fit-related returns follow our standard return terms above - unopened items can be returned within 30 days, with the return shipping fee applied. If you're unsure about sizing, reach out before you order and we'll help you pick.

Undeliverable or refused returns

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to issue a refund. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid this.
