Ordering Discreetly: What Arrives, What the Label Says, What Your Statement Shows

Short answer: a KBD order arrives in a plain box with no branding and no product name on the label. Your bank or card statement shows "KBD" and nothing else. It is packed within 1–2 business days and arrives in 3–5 days in the US. Nobody in your building, your household or your bank's app can tell what is inside.

Privacy is the first question most people have about ordering restraint gear online, and usually the one they don't want to ask. This page answers it in full so you don't have to.

What the box looks like

Plain outer packaging. A standard brown shipping box or mailer with no logo, no colour and no "KBD".
Nothing on the label. The shipping label carries the delivery address and the carrier's tracking details. It does not name the product or the category.
Inside the box, the jacket is packed with care. Open it in private; the outside gives nothing away.

What your statement says

Your card or bank statement shows KBD. It does not say "bondage", "jacket" or anything that describes the purchase. If you share an account, "KBD" reads like any small merchant.

Who ships it and from where

KBD ships from Pennsylvania, USA. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. US standard delivery takes 3–5 days; express 1–2 days; international 7–14 days. Standard US shipping is free.

Tracking emails come from KBD and refer to your order number, not the product.

Timing it as a gift

Buying for an anniversary or a birthday? Order about a week ahead. If the recipient checks the post, have it sent to work or to a friend; the plain box makes that easy. More on giving it in the gift guide.

Returns, privately

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Email info@wellnesskbd.com first and we'll approve it; you send it back in plain packaging the same way it came. Opened items can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged, in which case email within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund.

Your data

KBD uses Shopify's checkout, so your card details are handled by Shopify Payments and never stored by us. We don't sell customer data and we don't send marketing unless you opt in. The privacy policy has the detail.
